Using a family recipe passed down to me, I started making homemade caramels for my husband, Frank, to take on his trips. Before long, Frank was known by everyone as “The Caramels Guy” and people would ask where they could buy the delicious caramels he shared. From there, JulieAnn Caramels was born!
