Over 27 years ago, we founded Sir Walter, inspired by a dream that began when I, Alfonso, received books and recipes from Walter Zittle as a child. Years later, with my wife Alejandra and our young family, we built a custom trailer where we started crafting artisanal confections and selling them at local farmers markets.
Today, we’ve grown into a 36,000-square-foot facility, but our passion remains the same. We’re dedicated to keeping the art of candy making alive, creating each piece with the same care and craftsmanship as when we first started. Our artisanal products are a reflection of our commitment to quality and tradition.
